About Serenia Life Financial
Serenia Life Financial is the operating name (since October 2022) of FaithLife Financial, a member-governed fraternal benefit society created by federal Letters Patent in 1972 as the Lutheran Life Insurance Society of Canada. Headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario, it offers life insurance (whole, term, term-to-100, critical illness) and annuity/investment products, with membership opened beyond the Lutheran community in 2004. As a fraternal benefit society it does not appear on Assuris's member-company list.
